After years of entrepreneurial challenges, he faced worrisome health issues that diverted him to a path of research into health-enhancing activities. Fascinated by the impact of food and certain therapies on his health, he felt the need to share and spread this valuable knowledge.

Now residing on the picturesque Spanish island of Tenerife in the Canary Islands, Alex remains dedicated to raising awareness of health-promoting practices and helping spas uncover new opportunities for growth and innovation.
